The primary objective of the renovation was the reconfiguration of the apartment’s internal layout, alongside the enhancement of its aesthetic appeal and overall functionality.
As part of the design intervention, the kitchen was relocated from the former open-plan kitchen–living area to a space previously used as a bedroom. This change allowed for the expansion of the active living room area, effectively doubling its size.
The scope of work included the following:
Construction of new plumbing and electrical installations to accommodate the kitchen in its new location
Repair of internal and external plaster surfaces throughout the apartment
Full painting of all interior and exterior wall surfaces
Repair and/or replacement of aluminum window and door frames
Restoration and painting of interior doors and door frames
The renovation resulted in a fully updated and modernized living space, with improved spatial organization and upgraded visual identity.
